PVD and DLC are or performed in an ARC-Vacuum Chamber that known as PVD -Physical vapor deposition. PVD has a variety of vacuum deposition methods which can be used to produce thin films and coatings. PVD is characterized as process in which the material goes from a condensed phase to a vapor phase and then back to a thin film condensed phase. The most common used PVD processes sputtering or ARC evaporation. PVD is highly used in the manufactures for many products which require thin films used for mechanical, optical, chemical or electronic functions as well as mold & dies, medical, machining and cutting tool manufactures.
